Papa...

We have been back and forth to Jacksonville this last week visiting family and saying Goodbye to my Wonderful Papa. He was sent to the Hospital last week and sadly never got to go back home...his earthly home that is. He joined Christ in heaven this morning at 6:45 with my mama holding his hand as he passed. He only recently accepted Christ (that we know of) and we were able to have peace knowing where he was headed. My Mimi and Papa were happily married for 62 years, he loved her with an unselfish love that I respect and want to emulate. He was the very best Papa and gave so much away. What a joy it is to think of him dancing before the throne of Christ. Please continue to pray for my extended family, especially my Mimi, she is one with a broken heart.

I'm praying for you, my friend! So sorry to hear about your loss. I'm so glad you were able to see him this last week or so, though. Miss you. Love you!

Oh, Medana, I'm praying for you, your Mimi, and you're family! Please let me know if I can help you with anything! How kind of the Lord to call your Papa to Himself before he passed away! :)

Hey girl...I hope you are all doing well...sustained by God's amazing grace. How kind of God to save your Papa!

I wish I knew you were related to Jacksonville, we would love to have served you in some way during that time...I don't even know if you know we live in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville...But we do! =D

Anyway, please let us know if there is anything we can do from this end...does your Mimi need anything? We are just now putting together service projects for the youth group, so if she needs yard work or house cleaning, etc. please let me know, maybe we can serve her!

Maybe we'll get to see you guys when you get up this way again. Tell Taylor that Brianna says "HI!"

Love you girl! =D
